Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
***Expedited Shipping is NOT Available*** Be a Better Human shirts are made to order, so we are unable to ship items in an expedited manner from the date of order because of the production time. This may change in the future, but standard shipping is the only option at this time.
Shipping information will be sent to you when the shirt is packaged for shipment. This typically happens within 5 business days of your order. Should there be a delay in shipment due to material shortages, we will reach out to you and let you know. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please email email@example.com for your return authorization. We respond within a work day with the return process and information. Customer service staff does not work weekends, so any requests after 5pm PST on Friday will be answered the following Monday morning.
If your product is incorrect, misprinted, or doesn't fit--we will get your sorted!!! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, email, and issue and we'll get the exchange information to you within a business day (weekdays only).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund times vary based on the payment method.
